Kent Companies is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote safety culture across its National Data Center & Advanced Manufacturing division. The role partners with superintendents, project management, and field teams to drive an Incident Free Environment and uniform safety practices.

It is a full-time office/field position with 45-50+ hours weekly and frequent nationwide travel. A background in environmental safety & health with OSHA certifications is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in environmental safety & health, or 3–5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
• OSHA 500, CSMC, or Construction Safety Site Technician Certification, or equivalent safety certification.
• OSHA 510.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and update current safety rules and SOPs; convey changes to field and safety team.
• Lead safety events, stand-downs, and training; participate in safety meetings.
• Review accident, injury, and near-miss investigations; address underlying hazards.
• Implement Toolbox Talks program and create custom talks as needed.
• Perform and document job site inspections/audits; write safety hazard reports.
