Job summary

Jordan-Foster-Construction-5 is seeking a Safety Coordinator to advance our EHS programs across multiple projects. You will engage in field observations, incident investigations, and training coordination to promote a proactive safety culture.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, documentation, and collaboration with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to maintain safe operations and accurate safety records. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and safety-related certifications preferred.
• Basic OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of EHS policies and programs across projects.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and observations.
• Support hazard identification and corrective actions.
• Assist with OSHA compliance and documentation (JHA, SDS).
• Maintain safety records and documentation in LMS or safety platforms.
• Provide safety support on assigned projects and trainings.
• Coordinate and track safety training and toolbox talks.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations and reporting.
