Job summary

Medcor Safety is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to support a large-scale data center construction project in Castroville, Texas. This full-time, field-based role focuses on dirt work and underground utilities, coordinating with crews, supervision, and management to promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.

The selected Safety Professional will work 50–60 hours per week as a W2 employee, with per diem available and an anticipated duration of 9–12 months.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction safety experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience conducting jobsite inspections and safety audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with field crews and management.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and promote safe work practices in the field.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Develop and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project requirements.
