Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support mission-critical data center construction projects in the DFW area. This field-heavy role requires hands-on safety leadership onsite, with extensive interaction with subcontractors and trades to maintain a high standard of safety on multi-site builds.

You will spend most of your time in the field, identifying hazards, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with AHAs/JHAs and client safety requirements across large teams.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required or equivalent
• NFPA 70E training preferred
• Experience with large-scale data center construction
• Experience supervising 1,000+ trade workers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety observations in the field and engage with trade partners
• Work with subcontractors and foremen to identify and mitigate hazards
• Review AHAs/JHAs and contractor safety documentation
• Review upcoming high-risk activities and verify controls are in place
• Identify hazards before work begins and ensure corrective actions are addressed
• Perform daily safety activities and site safety reviews
• Participate in new-hire and site safety orientations
• Help implement client-specific safety requirements
• Monitor compliance with project safety programs and expectations
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors while maintaining safety accountability
• Collaborate with the EHS Manager, Superintendents, Project Managers and leadership
