Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of safety coordination on a datacenter construction site.
• Experience conducting site safety audits and delivering training.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Construction Site and Safety Audits (Site Safety Inspection).
• Participate in project handoff and site prep.
• Document inspections and recommend corrective measures.
• Quality control inspections of field leadership personnel.
• Ensure safety equipment and facilities (PPE, water, first aid) for workforce.
• Provide consultation to field leadership to maintain safe work environments.
• Enforce Adams safety policies and environmental health guidelines.
• Train project site personnel on health and safety topics.
• Provide technical surveillance and testing services as needed.
• Attend safety meetings with Adams and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses.
• Deliver in-house OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, fall protection training.
• Record and distribute training certifications.
• Build professional relationships with client contacts to ensure safety program satisfaction.
