We are seeking an EHS Coordinator to support large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects in the DFW area. This is a highly visible, field-focused safety role supporting complex electrical and mechanical construction environments.
You’ll spend approximately 70–80% of your time in the field, working directly with subcontractors, foremen, and trade partners to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure safety requirements are being followed.

The project incorporates a comprehensive, client-driven safety program, requiring the EHS team to work closely with the client, contractors, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate is highly visible in the field, comfortable working directly with the trades, and able to develop strong working relationships while still holding teams accountable.
