Sheakley is seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to support a large-scale data center project in Cedar Creek, TX. The role provides hands-on safety oversight across fabrication and construction activities and requires close collaboration with fabrication personnel, drywall crews, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards and ensure safe execution.

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required.
• OSHA 510 Certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction and prefabrication operations.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in active work areas and manufacturing environments.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Review JHAs, AHAs, permits, and pre-task plans for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel.
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, subcontractors, and fabrication teams.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports.
