Job summary

The GOR Group, LLC is seeking a Project Safety Manager to drive EHS leadership across data center construction projects nationwide. You will train in Plano, TX, then deploy to sites nationwide, guiding site leadership and subcontractors to maintain compliance and bring teams home safely.

Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, coaching field teams, and developing safety programs and staff across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field or BCSP certification (CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST).
• 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership in construction.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EHS activities at project sites: inspections, audits, site walks, toolbox talks, hazard mitigation.
• Partner with site leadership to meet company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Supervise and develop EHS Specialists and Safety Coordinators.
