Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Safety Coordinator / Construction Safety Professional to support active job sites around San Diego County. This full-time, field-based role focuses on implementing safety programs, coordinating with project teams, and promoting a positive safety culture on commercial construction sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in construction safety, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction safety experience in commercial environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout San Diego County.

Responsabilités

• Administer safety programs, procedures, and protocols.
• Serve as safety liaison between project teams, field personnel, and clients.
• Conduct site safety inspections and observations for compliance.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor activities and ensure adherence to safety policies.
