Premiere Communications & Consulting is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across active construction projects and critical environments. You will own site safety programs, partner with project teams, and drive proactive safety solutions to prevent incidents.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in professional safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to influence field teams. This role emphasizes field leadership, risk assessment, and compliance across data centers

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional safety experience.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Experience supporting data center, telecom, or commercial construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage site safety activities across active projects.
• Perform inspections to verify compliance and identify risks.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct JHAs & risk assessments.
• Monitor PPE usage and field safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, document findings.
