Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs on assigned projects in the southeastern United States. You will ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, lead safety audits, and train site personnel to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires at least two years of safety coordination experience on a major construction site and preferred OSHA 500 certification.

Qualifications

• Equivalent work experience including OSHA 500 preferred.
• At least two years of safety coordination on a major construction site.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site and safety audits and debrief leadership.
• Ensure field leaders use current safety apps and complete daily inspections.
• Provide training on health and safety topics to project personnel.
• Assist in incident and near-miss investigations and documentation.
• Develop and maintain safety records and training certifications.
