Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Assistant Safety Manager in Eagle Mountain, UT to support EHS operations for Oracle construction activities. The role focuses on promoting safety culture, regulatory compliance, hazard mitigation, and incident prevention across field teams on the QTS SLC1 Campus project.

The candidate will work closely with project leadership, contractors, client representatives, and the Safety Manager to ensure safe project execution and continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with all levels of project personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of site safety initiatives.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through field engagement and coaching.
• Assist with hazard identification and controls across projects.
• Serve as a safety resource for supervisors, contractors, and craft personnel.
• Track safety observations and corrective actions to closure.
