Sitemetric LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for Oracle’s construction activities in Eagle Mountain, UT. The role focuses on driving a world-class safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project execution across a challenging construction environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction safety with a degree, or 8+ years of equivalent experience, plus OSHA 30-Hour certification.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of equivalent construction safety experience.
• OSHA Construction Standards knowledge and practical application in large-scale projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and oversight of site safety initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific Environmental Health & Safety programs.
• Conduct routine site audits, inspections, and behavioral observations; identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and develop prevention strategies.
• Coordinate safety efforts with Oracle project leadership, general contractors, and client stakeholders.
