Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with safety experience.
• 5+ years construction safety experience or relevant certification if no bachelor.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish; able to train in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety audits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks and employee training.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and prepare for inspections.
• Complete Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and identify risks.
• Respond to and document incidents.
• Coordinate with GC safety teams on site requirements.
• Coach field employees on safe work practices.
• Manage multiple safety priorities with minimal supervision.
• Set the safety standard for field performance.
