Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety monitoring or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Preferred certifications include CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHA 30-Hour Construction or equivalent credentials.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with contractors and field teams; proficiency with digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and observations.
• Document and report contractor compliance with applicable safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Verify contractor completion and documentation of Daily Job Briefs and JSAs.
• Identify hazards and monitor corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to PPE, training, competency, and risk protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors and field teams to align with safety objectives.
