• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional safety experience or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 or CHST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-house expert on OSHA, KOSHA, DOT, and NESC regulatory matters.
• Coordinate compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct or coordinate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Provide safety training and coach employees on observation skills.
• Investigate incidents and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform field inspections to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
