Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a premier utility construction company and a subsidiary of Quanta Services, seeks a Safety Advisor based in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports projects across AZ and NM, ensuring OSHA and DOT compliance, maintaining safety documentation, and coordinating training initiatives.

The role requires traveling throughout Arizona and New Mexico, with emphasis on safety program implementation and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and/or related safety certification preferred.
• Understanding of Federal and State safety regulations and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safety training programs to field personnel.
• Maintain safety records, certifications, incident reports, and inspection reports.
• Assist in safety documentation, training coordination, and incident reporting.
• Audit job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety procedures.
• Support development and enhancement of HSE programs and post-incident investigations.
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisory personnel, and regulators.
