Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Advisor to support transmission line work in Pahrump, NV. You will assist in planning and implementing safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements.

The role emphasizes safety program management, incident investigation, inspections, and training. Travel to field sites is required, with a strong focus on fostering a safe work culture and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED with 2+ years field safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and related safety credentials preferred.
• Understanding of federal and state safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel and pass drug/alcohol screening.
• Transmission Line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update safety policies under supervision.
• Conduct safety risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Perform routine safety inspections and track corrective actions.
• Deliver tailboard talks and safety orientation to crews.
• Prepare safety reports and data visuals.
• Support compliance and training activities.
