Job summary

PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES), a subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc., seeks a Safety and Training Advisor to provide safety support, leadership, and expertise on assigned projects in the electric utility sector. You will oversee site safety, coordinate training, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and conduct incident investigations.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AA/BA Degree in a Safety-related field.
• 1–5 years of safety-related experience, construction preferred.
• Certifications such as Occupational Safety, OSHA 500, First Aid, CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate safety oversight during construction operations.
• Provide site-specific safety training and ensure awareness of plans and laws.
• Document safety violations and enforce corrective actions.
• Attend project safety meetings, including subcontractor safety personnel.
• Complete reporting in a timely fashion and conduct incident investigations.
• Educate employees on regulatory and company requirements and tailgate trainings.
• Conduct environmental, health, and safety audits and communicate with management.
