Job summary

ILink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Site-Safety Coordinator to support safety leadership on our construction projects. You will monitor jobsite safety, perform daily inspections, and help ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and company requirements.

Travel to sites is required to maintain field presence and coaching across crews and subcontractors. You will conduct site orientations, coordinate toolbox talks, and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to comprehend safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to pass legally compliant drug/chemical screening and background check.

• Reliable transportation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and document findings.
• Identify hazards and support corrective actions with field leadership.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety requirements.
• Review daily safety documents and verify updates when conditions change.
• Coach crews and subcontractors on safe work practices.
• Conduct site safety orientations for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and client representatives.
• Facilitate weekly Toolbox Talks and safety meetings.
• Support formal training as directed by Corporate Safety Manager.
• Provide informal coaching to reinforce safe practices.
• Maintain SDS documentation and verify updates.
• Track safety logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare weekly safety reports for project leadership.
• Ensure all safety documentation is accurate and filed.
