Exceed Safety is seeking a Field Safety Consultant based in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on inspecting client work areas, enforcing safety practices, and fostering a culture of safety across sites. You will document inspections, address hazards, and support safety programs for multiple clients.

The position requires 5+ years in construction with 4+ years in management, OSHA 500, and strong communication skills. Local candidates only; full-time role with a per diem option for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction with at least 4 years in management.
• OSHA 500 certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client work areas to ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct safety trainings and new hire safety orientations.
• Document inspections, cite hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in development and implementation of safety plans and policies.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare thorough reports.
