Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. in Wheeling, WV is seeking a proactive Field Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team.

This field-based role travels to residential and commercial sites in a company vehicle to perform safety checks, ensure OSHA alignment, and mentor field technicians. You will develop and submit safety reports, lead incident follow-up, oversee chemical safety for standard cleaners, and communicate effectively with project managers and leadership to maintain a safe

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field safety, construction safety, or restoration compliance experience.
• Post-secondary safety education or related certifications required (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST/COSS).
• High School Diploma alone is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety audits and site visits across restoration/construction sites.
• Maintain OSHA compliance; author and submit safety reports, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead documentation and follow-up for employee injuries; manage workers’ compensation reports.
• Mentor field technicians with safety tips, toolbox talks, and corrective guidance.
• Oversee chemical safety: handling, storage, labeling, and SDS for standard cleaners.
• Serve as primary safety liaison between field teams, project managers, and leadership.
