Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field safety experience in construction or restoration.
• Post-secondary education in safety or related certifications preferred.
• High School Diploma alone is not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety audits and site visits to ensure OSHA alignment.
• Prepare safety reports, audits, and hazard assessments under deadlines.
• Document and manage worker injuries and workers’ compensation processes.
• Mentor field technicians on proper safety practices and conduct toolbox talks.
• Oversee chemical safety handling, storage, labeling, and SDS compliance (non-hazmat).
• Communicate safety status clearly between field teams, project managers, and leadership.
