I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist to support the development and implementation of safety programs at its Charlotte-area project sites. The role involves conducting site safety observations, incident investigations, and training employees on health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Under general supervision, you will assist with OSHA compliance, risk assessments, and the administration of the Learning Management System (KPA).

Qualifications

• Associates degree in safety or a related field is required.
• Experience conducting safety audits and hazard assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910 General Industry standards is required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and implementation of safety programs for maintenance and tolling activities.
• Advise staff on safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA).
• Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards across work activities.
• Deliver training on safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Maintain detailed records of trainings, inspections, audits and investigations.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses to determine corrective actions.
