Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Logistics, Operations Management, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification such as BCSP, ARM, or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA and FMCSA compliance, manage CSA scores and DQ File, and lead OSHA inspections remediation.
• Lead and develop Safety Specialists, deliver training, coaching, and professional development.
• Facilitate safety training programs for field staff and leadership events.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Develop proactive accident and injury prevention strategies to reduce incidents and workers' compensation claims.
• Monitor and analyze safety metrics across branches and districts.
• Collaborate with Workers' Compensation Manager on injury reduction plans.
• Support organizational priorities and take on additional projects as directed by Director of Safety & Workers' Compensation.
