Motago AI is seeking a bold field-sales professional to cover Northern Virginia and surrounding territories. You will walk into independent car dealerships, demonstrate our AI SaaS, and close recurring subscriptions with owners and GMs.

Expect a hunter role with a base salary plus commissions and accelerators. You’ll work directly with leadership as we expand nationwide and seize uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and resilience; thrives on cold walk-ins.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Demonstration and closing power; can translate software value to revenue.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily dealership visits.

Responsabilités

• Dominate the Territory through in-person visits to independent car dealerships.
• Engage decision-makers with direct, peer-to-peer conversations with Owners and GMs.
• Demonstrate ROI with live software demos (in-person or virtual).
• Close new SaaS deals and hit weekly/monthly dealership signup targets.
• Manage a multi-channel follow-up and organized sales pipeline from drop-in to signed contract.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales playbook as we scale nationwide.
