Deploy Alloy is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team in Dallas, driving growth with AI-powered call intelligence solutions for automotive dealerships. You will close multi-site deals, partner with dealer principals, and expand the footprint across major franchises and independents.

Ideal candidates blend deep automotive know-how with 3+ years selling B2B software to dealerships, and you are comfortable discussing AI, CRM integrations, and ROI dashboards.

Formación

• 5+ years of combined experience across automotive retail and wholesale/auto-auction operations.
• 3+ years of B2B software sales experience into automotive dealerships.
• Deep understanding of how local dealerships market to and retain customers within geographic boundaries.
• Comfort discussing AI, API integrations, voice analytics and ROI dashboards.

Job Description: Regional Sales Director

Position Overview

Are you a strategic sales leader who speaks fluent "dealership"?

Do you know the exact operational differences between a wholesale auction layout and a franchise retail showroom?

DEPLOY has been retained to find a Regional Sales Director by the premier provider of AI-driven call intelligence and telephone sales solutions for the automotive industry.

In this role, you will lead a team driving new dealership acquisition and scaling market footprint. Your team serves as a consultative SaaS partner, helping dealer principals and general managers leverage AI to capture missed revenue and optimize local customer interactions.

What You Will Do...

• Drive Regional Revenue: Build and execute a dominant territory growth plan targeting major dealer groups, single-point franchises, and independent operations within your geographic market.
• Deliver Consultative Demos: Act as a trusted industry advisor, demonstrating how AI solutions, CRISP tracking metrics, and CRM integrations directly impact the bottom line.
• Bridge Software and Strategy: Show dealerships how this technology aligns with local retail patterns, optimizing customer touchpoints across both vehicle sales and service lanes.
• Manage Enterprise Deal Cycles: Navigate complex, multi-tiered automotive sales cycles from prospecting through implementation and dealer-group contract sign-offs.

We are looking for...

• Automotive Industry Veteran: You possess a minimum of 5+ years of combined experience across automotive retail (e.g., GM, GSM, BDC Director) and wholesale/auto-auction operations. You understand floor planning, inventory sourcing, regional market data, and daily variable/fixed operations.
• Proven Automotive SaaS Closer: You have 3+ years of experience selling B2B software, CRM solutions, or digital marketing platforms directly into automotive dealerships.
• Geographic Market Expert: You have a deep understanding of how local dealerships market to, interact with, and retain customers within their specific geographical boundaries.
• Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy: You are deeply comfortable discussing artificial intelligence, API integrations, voice analytics, and ROI-centric software dashboards.
