Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to cover Pennsylvania. This role combines sales with hands-on technical support, delivering coatings expertise to contractors and coordinating with Tremco sales teams to optimize roofing solutions.

You will train contractors, perform field inspections, provide product recommendations, and travel up to 20% of the time to support accounts. A strong background in commercial roofing is required and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience.
• 2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service.
• Knowledge of built-up, modified, single ply, and metal roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Autonomy and self-motivation; able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical training sessions in office and field applications.
• Perform roof inspections and write condition analysis reports.
• Travel within the territory up to 20% to support accounts.
• Develop contractor relationships and provide product recommendations.
• Support Tremco sales reps with field services and installations.
