Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. and WTI are seeking a Field Technical Specialist to serve Pennsylvania. The role blends sales and technical support, traveling with contractors to ensure best product usage and installations.

You’ll train, inspect, and advise on roof coatings while building contractor relationships across the region. The position requires 5+ years in commercial roofing sales or technical work, with strong knowledge of roofing systems and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience
• 2+ years of roofing repair/troubleshooting/field service
• Knowledge of roofing systems (built-up, modified, single ply, metal)
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Autonomy and self-motivation in field roles

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution and delivery of roofing services.
• Provide technical training sessions in office and field.
• Supervise roof coatings applications and hands-on training.
• Perform roof inspections and write condition reports with photos and estimates.
• Travel within territory and submit expense reports on time.
• Develop new contractors and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Provide ongoing sales support to contractors per local reps.
• Be the primary liaison to contractors and stay aligned with sales team.
