Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO seeks an energetic Roofing Sales Representative – Project Manager for 1099 work. You’ll drive outside sales, manage roofing projects from inspection to payment, and progress from sales rep to PM with training and commissions.

Expect commission-based earnings with structured training pay and potential for higher commissions as you close more jobs.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales, core to the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder; company trucks may be available.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters and siding, and walk homeowners through options.
• File and manage insurance claims.
• Prepare, present and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment and manage each project from contract to completion.
