Storm Guard of Madison is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior restoration projects in the Madison area. The role involves field work, coordinating crews, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage active projects, coordinate with homeowners, uphold quality standards, and ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time completion across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams
• Strong understanding of residential roofing and exterior construction best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and coordinate with crews
• Travel between job sites, monitor progress and conduct inspections
• Act as main point of contact with homeowners
• Help crews overcome challenges that could impact quality, safety, or scheduling
• Document milestones, coordinate materials, and coordinate crews
• Communicate with internal teams, and proactively solve issues before they become tangible problems.
