Storm Guard of Madison is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior restoration projects in the Madison area. You will monitor field work, coordinate crews and homeowners, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, hands-on field work, and delivering a superior customer experience. Travel between job sites is required, with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams, crews or field personnel.
• Strong understanding of residential roofing and exterior construction best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior restoration projects throughout the Madison area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, supporting crews, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.You'll play a critical role in managing active projects, coordinating with homeowners and crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
