Job summary

Storm Guard is seeking a Production Manager to lead residential and commercial roofing and exterior restoration projects. You will oversee scheduling, material orders, safety, and quality, traveling between sites while managing field crews and budgets.

In this hands-on role you’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain timelines, and keep homeowners informed, delivering projects that meet high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous production management, project management, or construction management experience.
• Acculynx experience a plus.
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking also a plus.
• Roofing, siding, exterior restoration, general contracting, or residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple active job sites.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Traveling to job sites to oversee projects; company vehicle provided, but own transportation required.

We're looking for a Production Manager to oversee roofing and exterior restoration projects from scheduling and material ordering through final inspection. You'll coordinate crews, manage timelines and budgets, ensure quality and safety, and keep customers informed throughout the process. This role will predominantly take place in the field, traveling from job site to job site. There is also a heavy administrative component managing details and timelines for projects.

What You'll Do
