Storm Guard of Madison is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior restoration projects in the Madison area. This role emphasizes field presence, problem solving, crew support, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage active projects, coordinate with homeowners and crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule completion.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or managing teams or crews or field personnel.
• Strong understanding of residential roofing and exterior construction best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and coordinate with crews.
• Travel between job sites, monitor progress and conduct inspections.
• Act as main point of contact with homeowners.
• Help crews overcome challenges that could impact quality, safety, or scheduling.
• Document milestones, coordinate materials, and coordinate crews.
• Communicate with internal teams, and proactively solve issues before they become tangible problems.

About the Role

The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior restoration projects throughout the Madison area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, supporting crews, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll play a critical role in managing active projects, coordinating with homeowners and crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

40 hour work weeks Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays might be asked of you.
