Green Hills Contracting Services is seeking an In-Field Project Manager to oversee roofing projects, conduct inspections, and coordinate with homeowners and insurance representatives. This role requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

You will collaborate with office staff and crews to ensure smooth execution, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site roof inspections to assess damage and document findings.
• Provide homeowners with information about the repair process and available solutions.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to provide factual information about damage.
• Maintain detailed records, including photos, reports, and measurements in CRM.

• Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones, apps, and CRM software.
