Job summary

Ambi Robotics is seeking a Field Support Engineer in Dallas to own customer sites, coordinate deployments, and respond to field issues across hardware and software systems. You will travel for installations and support, serving as the primary contact for customers and collaborating with software and hardware teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product support for electro-mechanical systems, strong communication, and a readiness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hardware and software product support.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with electro-mechanical hardware and software systems.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• BA/BS in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Take primary ownership of customer sites as the point of contact.
• Coordinate field deployments and installations in the field.
• Participate in on-call phone and email rotations for customer support.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Build and maintain reactive technical support processes and lead projects.
