Job summary

Ambi Robotics is a fast-paced Series A startup hiring a Field Support Engineer to join a team committed to AI-powered robotic solutions that enhance human efficiency in supply chains. You will be the primary customer point-of-contact at one or more sites, coordinate field resolutions via travel, and support installations and ongoing maintenance.

Collaborating with operations, software and hardware teams, you will help scale the fleet of robotic systems while traveling up to 50% and providing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product support engineering with electro-mechanical hardware and software systems.
• BA/BS in a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%).
• Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take primary ownership of one or more sites as the customer point-of-contact.
• Provide secondary backup ownership to others.
• Participate in travel deployment projects in the field (1-2 weeks at a time).
• Participate in customer support phone and email on-call rotations.
• Schedule, track, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Build and maintain reactive technical support processes.
• Lead and contribute to support team projects.
