Atoms in San Francisco is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to prepare, kit, package, and ship hardware for field deployment of autonomous technology systems. You will verify contents, inspect shipments, and maintain precise inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in shipping/logistics, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience preparing shipments and maintaining shipping documentation.
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or shipping systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare, kit, package, and ship hardware, tools, and equipment to field locations and between facilities.
Verify kit contents against pick lists, packing lists, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.
Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
Organize inventory, stock materials, and maintain orderly storage locations.
Label, package, and prepare shipments using established shipping procedures.
Coordinate outbound shipments with approved shipping carriers and internal teams.
Track shipments and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Fulfill consumable and build inventory requests, and perform related counts to support production needs.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping issues.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping areas.
Follow established quality, safety, and inventory control procedures.
Support other warehouse and material handling activities as business needs require
