Job summary

Atoms is building real-world, autonomous systems for food, mining, and transport, with a focus on scalable hardware and software integration. We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to assemble and ship hardware kits that enable field deployments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced warehouse.

This role supports production needs and inventory control in a hands-on environment. You will work onsite in San Francisco, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience preparing shipments and maintaining shipping documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or shipping systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, kit, package, and ship hardware, tools, and equipment to field locations and between facilities.
• Verify kit contents against pick lists, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
• Organize inventory, stock materials, and maintain storage locations.
• Label, package, and prepare shipments using established procedures.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with approved carriers and internal teams.
• Track shipments and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
