Tidas Automation, a fast-growing provider of automation solutions, seeks a full-time Robotic & PLC Controls Programmer in Louisville, KY. You will develop and commission robotic and control systems on diverse projects across packaging, medical device, and automotive industries.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, Allen Bradley PLCs, and HMI/GUI programming, thrives in field and office settings, and collaborates with engineers and customers to deliver integrated

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in automation controls programming.
• Hands-on with Fanuc robotics programming and RSLogix/Studio 5000.
• Experience with HMI/GUI development (FactoryTalk View) and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Program, test, and commission Fanuc robots using RoboGuide and pendant programming.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLC programs.
• Configure and program HMIs/GUI systems for operator interfaces.
• Create and maintain electrical wiring diagrams and documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Travel to customer sites to install, debug, and commission automation projects.
• Provide ongoing support and training for installed systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and Tidas’s engineering practices.
