Job summary

Charge Robotics in Gainesville, Florida, is seeking a Robotics Factory Operator to work full-time in the field, running and improving our robotic factory for solar farm installations. You will operate software, troubleshoot electromechanical issues, and collaborate closely with field teams and engineering to ensure efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and expertise in programming and mechanical troubleshooting, along with a positive attitude and teamwork skills. A per diem stipend is provided for field travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Critical thinker and fast learner who can operate effectively in tough physical conditions.
• Have a resilient, positive attitude and like working on a team.
• Able to lift 50lbs if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operating the software that runs the robotic factory and fleet of delivery vehicles.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electromechanical issues in the field.
• Assigning tasks to field team members for material loading.
