Job summary

Exotec in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Robotics Maintenance Specialist to own and optimize the performance of Exotec systems at client sites across North America. You will diagnose issues, plan updates, and coach on-site technicians to sustain uptime while collaborating with R&D for field fixes.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, a engineering degree, strong data fluency, and willingness to travel up to 60% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotics maintenance experience in industrial automation or warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Broad knowledge of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with others.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Exotec systems at client sites.
• Oversee site reliability, analyze performance, and execute improvement plans.
• Diagnose root causes of issues escalated from Exotec Control Center.
• Act as level 2 escalation for non-core products.
• Work with clients to diagnose interoperability issues.
• Plan and execute site software and system updates.
• Coach on-site technicians to support uptime targets.
• Drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across regions.
• Engage with R&D and product teams on maintenance issues.
• Respond to client requests with monthly performance reporting.
