Job summary

Trener Robotics, Inc. seeks a Field-Focused Integration Engineer to lead on-site deployment of robotic systems in industrial facilities.

You will install, commission, and integrate robotic cells, ensuring safety and compliance while meeting customer requirements and performance targets. You will collaborate with customers to tailor solutions, develop deployment documentation, train staff, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration and deployment experience.
• Experience integrating robots in real production environments with industrial compliance.
• Experience with 6-DOF robot arms from major manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and safety standards (ISO 10218, NFPA 79, NEC, CE).
• Experience with industrial PLCs, electrical panel design and control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD for layout and integration planning.
• Understanding of motor control, servo systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Strong project management and customer-facing skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation and commissioning of robotic systems in customer facilities.
• Design and implement integration strategies for industrial robotic cells including safety systems and ancillary equipment.
• Conduct system validation, safety assessments, and performance optimization in production environments.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
• Provide hands-on customer support, training, and field troubleshooting services.
• Collaborate with customers to understand production requirements and adapt solutions.
