Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead field deployment of industrial automation and robotics across North America stores. You will oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of robotics systems, coordinating with engineering, TPMs, product managers, and site operations to meet go-live targets.

This on-site, travel-heavy role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployments of automation or robotics systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across hardware, software, and operations teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation and commissioning of robotics equipment in fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate with hardware engineering, TPMs, product managers and operations teams.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and risks.
• Provide technical oversight during installation and go-live of deployed technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.
