Job summary

ST Engineering Aethon, Inc is seeking a Field Engineer to install equipment, perform go-live support, and deliver ongoing technical and customer operations services at client sites.

You will manage deployments, coordinate with project managers, provide client training, and travel nationally as needed. Candidates should have a BS in related field or an Aethon experience, strong Linux/Unix and networking knowledge, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, engineering, industrial tech, or related field; or an Aethon-focused associates.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix and networking concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical hardware and electronics.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with robotics integration and workflow optimization.
• Automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and add-ons at customer sites.
• Provide go-live and field service support.
• Train clients using train-the-trainer methods.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.
• Travel domestically as required; overnight travel.
