Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/Robotics/EE/Mechatronics).
• Ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
• Passport and REAL ID for travel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support testing.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client demos.
• Facilitate communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document issues, tests, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and aid workflow improvements.
