• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
• Up-to-date passport and REAL ID preferred for travel.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field.
• Support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and client demos.
• Document issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software and improve workflows.
