Associated Home Care is seeking a licensed RN to deliver in-home skilled nursing services per the Care Plan. You will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and company policies while caring for clients in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and per diem opportunities. Hours are weekday-focused with occasional weekend shifts, and drivers with reliable transportation are preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current licensed Registered Nurse in practicing state.
• One or more years of clinical home health experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Follow the Care Plan with the Director of Nursing and care team.
• Conduct on-site orientation and quarterly supervision visits for home health aides.
• Provide ongoing field instruction and reinforce safety practices.
• Review Care Plans from ASAP and orient aides accordingly.
• Document services rendered and changes in client status.
• Communicate concerns to ASAP Case Managers or family as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
