Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking a licensed RN for in-home care services in Fall River, MA. The role follows patient care plans, conducts on-site staff orientation, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current licensed Registered Nurse in practicing state.
• One or more years of experience in clinical home health services or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow Care Plan in collaboration with nursing leadership and care team.
• Conduct on-site orientation, supervision visits, skill checks and performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing instructions to home health aides during field visits.
• Review care plans from ASAP and orient aides accordingly.
• Document services and changes in client conditions.
• Communicate concerns to ASAP case managers or family as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
