Job summary

IMMEC, LLC – Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Rigger to support projects across Georgia. The role involves safely rigging, lifting, and moving heavy loads in industrial environments, with travel to project sites and varying schedules including overtime.

Candidates must demonstrate strong rigging knowledge, pass pre-employment checks, and comply with safety requirements. Qualified applicants will have a Class A CDL, OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain), and proven ability to

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of rigging practices and load-handling procedures.
  • Previous industrial rigging experience required.
  • CDL Class A required.
  • Ability to understand crane hand signals and lift communication.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect rigging equipment before use and identify unsafe gear.
  • Select appropriate rigging equipment based on load and configuration.
  • Rig machinery and equipment for lifting and movement.
  • Assist with alignment, leveling, and positioning of machinery.
  • Direct crane operators using standard hand signals and radio comms.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and report hazards.
  • Travel to project sites and work varying schedules, including overtime.
